While I’m writing this: birds are singing (no joke. spring is coming, folks ). Let me share more facts about the won award: For two years, we developed together with over 60 customers a new approach that solves the following problem: Accelerate delayed transformations.
We had (very) open discussions on “What makes transformations fail, late, demotivating?”. We have learned the biggest pain points from these international managers: Unclear mandates from top management, missing resources, office politics, ego trips, territory games, poor communication, unrealistic deadlines, and many more. Some leaders shared that they fear getting fired when not proofing the success of their key project. This fear distorts reality. When this happens, it’s not easy to think clearly – staying focused on the project goal. Based on all these valuable insights, we have developed a holistic Transformation and Project “Check”.
A Check that identifies how to get on track and to speed up again. A Check that makes it very clear what is needed to fix the project nightmares. It was a long journey, but worthwhile – awarded two times in a row, by now. Thanks to all inspiring leaders, team members, and friends who helped us.
