Machines don’t watch Netflix
When they think of digitization, the first thing many companies think of is new technologies that help them become more productive and creative. However, at least as important for the digital age is the appropriate mindset of the employees as well as the congruent behavior to this. On an abstract level, most large companies have already recognized this. But how do they bring the much-cited “digital mindset” to life? What motivates the broad workforce to let go of old patterns, to open up to rapid change and to keep learning?
